The Syrah varietal grapes that have originated this wine were picked from the plot that has consistently produced wines of great character, power, and authentic sense of place.
Wild yeast fermentation in small stainless-steel tanks for 5 days. Racked to 225 litres French oak barrels for fermentation completion, followed by malolactic fermentation and batonnage
Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Lamb chops, T-bone steak and dark chocolate.
