Península de Setúbal Regional Wine

Colour – Crystal pale yellow. Aroma – Great intensity and expressiveness, flintiness and complexity. Shows scents of stone fruit (apricots and peach), tropical fruits and orange zest, integrated with brioche and vanilla shades. Tasting – Lots of volume and complexity, combining the typical flavours of Antão Vaz (tropical and citrus) with toasted and vanilla notes. Zesty and crispy acidity balancing the set. Energetic finale and great length. Incredibly gastronomic.

Antão Vaz.

Winemaking

Complete destemming, followed by light cold pressing of the crushed grapes. Static decantation of the must and half way cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation completion in seasoned oak barrels. Aged for 6 months with weekly batonnage.

Harmonization

Scallops au gratin, grilled sea-bass, cod fish, prawn linguine and stewing hen.

Conservation

Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
