Península de Setúbal Regional Wine

Cor vermelho-púrpura com centro denso. Aroma intenso, com notas de fruta vermelha
e preta maduras (ameixa), integradas com notas de especiarias e baunilha. Paladar sabores de fruta preta madura,
boa acidez e muito boa estrutura. Taninos evidentes mas sedosos. Conjunto complexo e equilibrado. Final
Colour – Purple red with deep centre. Aroma – Intense, with notes of red and dark fruit (prunes), integrated with notes of spices and vanilla. Tasting – Dark fruit flavours, good acidity and exceptional structure. Evident but silky tannins. Complex and balanced set. Long and pleasant finish, with noticeable smoky notes.

Grape Variety

Syrah, Aragonez ,e Alicante Bouschet.

Winemaking

Complete destemming followed by light cold pressing. Fermentation was performed in stainless steel vats for 7 days, with controlled temperature and daily manual pump-overs. Subsequently malolactic fermentation. Aged with fine lees in oak barrels for 6 months.

Harmonization

Roasted veal, filet mignon, Iberian pork “secretos” and ham.

Conservation

Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
